Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Allwaze and Aplus, we value your trust and strive to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our platform.


1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Returns

  • Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Non-returnable items include perishables, personal care products, custom-made or personalized items.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To request an exchange, email us with clear product images at contact@allwaze.in.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeline:

  • First check with your bank or payment provider.
